The 55 square meter apartment in Oberhausen is located on the first floor and has its own entrance. Due to a 1000sqm large garden it is especially suitable for families.

The 80 sqm large colliery/holiday home built in 1910 is located in a miners' settlement of Duisburg-Neumühl and is about 1000 m away from the apartment in Oberhausen. The terraced house, which is partly under monument protection, has been completely renovated and refurbished in 2020. It is lovingly furnished with new and historic interior.

Both accommodations are ideal as a starting point for exploring the industrial culture of the Ruhr area, Oberhausen, Duisburg, Essen, Mülheim and the surrounding area.
